Since its establishment in 1997, Heisenberg University has been dedicated to providing outstanding education and conducting cutting-edge research. Over the past 25 years, we have continuously grown and developed, becoming one of the leading higher education institutions in Kyrgyzstan.

Founded in 1997 with just three departments and about 200 students, Heisenberg University has grown over 25 years into a modern comprehensive university offering over 50 undergraduate and graduate programs to more than 5,000 students worldwide. Despite our growth, we remain committed to teaching quality and personalized education.

Heisenberg University celebrated its 21st anniversary and launched the "Vision 2030" strategic plan, aiming to enhance international reputation and strengthen research capabilities. In the same year, we completed the construction of a new scientific research center, providing state-of-the-art research facilities for faculty and students.
Our university received the highest accreditation from the Central Asian higher education quality assurance agency and was named the best research university in Kyrgyzstan. This year, we also signed academic exchange agreements with 15 internationally renowned universities, expanding our international cooperation network.
Launched the Faculty of Digital Transformation and expanded partnerships with tech companies for student internships and joint research projects, enhancing practical learning opportunities.
Established the Center for Central Asian Studies, promoting research and understanding of the region's culture, history, and politics. Hosted the first international conference on regional cooperation.
Introduced new Master's programs in Renewable Energy and Sustainable Development, addressing global environmental challenges and regional needs.
Expanded the campus with a new library and student dormitory, significantly improving learning and living conditions for students.
